Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices exclude 5% VAT — the tax is added to the invoice.
Is there a discount for paying annually?
Yes. Paying for a package for 12 months upfront gives you 10% off. For example, Business costs 2,691 AED per month instead of 2,990 AED.
What counts as one transaction?
One bank statement line or one source document posted in the accounting system.
What if I have more transactions than the package includes?
Each transaction above the limit costs 20 AED. If you exceed the limit regularly, the next package is better value — the calculator shows both options.
And if I have more employees than the limit?
Payroll above the package limit is 150 AED per employee per month.
What isn't included in the subscription packages?
Audit, Tax Residency Certificate, legal services, government fees and the cost of third-party software.
I need past records restored — how much does it cost?
Restoring records is priced separately after reviewing the documents and assessing the scope of work.
Do you guarantee bank approval?
We prepare documents and explanations for the bank, but the bank's decision and the outcome of a compliance check cannot be guaranteed.
How is the CFO and Group price set?
Prices start from 8,500 AED per month. The exact scope and price are set after an initial business review.
Can you help with e-invoicing?
Yes. Set-up and implementation are priced separately — after choosing an accredited provider and reviewing your accounting system.
